A not very imaginative beach for Joan's challenge today. It's so wet here I could practically have paddled to work, so although I'm a bit pressed for time I couldn't pass up on the chance to imagine a more pleasant watery experience. I have plenty of extras like bits of coral and shells, and distress EP in my "beach" arsenal, but this is a quickie.
A2 cream Bazzill, Pink Cat Studio sentiment, embossed with Swiss Dots.
I sponged sand with Antique Linen and then stamped it a bit with Tea Dye.
Sea sponged with Tumbled Glass and a deeper blue for accents, plus some Frosted Lace Stickles along the sea edge and for white-caps. Sky is mostly Stormy Sky, and I couldn't pass up the chance to add my beloved sandpipers .
Edges distressed, layered on blue Bazzill with distressed edges.

I should have known that you would use birds. It's perfect. If those birds are there, then there are no crowds. Wonderful! I think it's great. Your bird image is awesome. And now I know where all our rain went.
